Activate Your Account & Sign In
Everything between checkout and your first live heatmap: how each plan works, how the /welcome page signs you in, and the three interchangeable ways to log in later — password, access key, or license key.
- Every plan — Trial, Pro, or Annual — unlocks full Pro access from your first minute. There is no free tier.
- After checkout you land on /welcome, which confirms your payment and signs you in automatically.
- Your welcome email contains an access key that works as a password anywhere you sign in.
- Bought through Whop? Log in with your email plus your Whop license key.
- Paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay? Your account may sit under a different email — the license-key fallback recovers it.
- Unlock the Discord Pro role by typing /pro and pasting your access key.
Choosing a plan
Pricing lives on the landing page under #pricing. Three plans, one product — the difference is billing, not features. Each one turns on the full command center immediately.
| Plan | What it does | When to use it |
|---|---|---|
| 14-Day Trial | $69 for 14 days of full access. It converts to Pro Monthly at $249/mo when the trial ends — so your first Pro charge lands on day 15. Cancel anytime, before or after it converts. | You want two weeks to put the full product to work before committing to a monthly plan. |
| Pro | $249/mo, billed monthly, cancel anytime. | You want the full command center month to month with no long-term commitment. |
| Annual | $1,990/yr, billed yearly, cancel anytime. | You already know you're staying and want the lowest rate. |
From checkout to your first login
When Stripe Checkout completes, you're sent to /welcome. You don't have to do anything to sign in — the page handles it.
- The page opens on Confirming your payment… while it verifies the receipt with Stripe. This is usually a moment or two.
- Once confirmed it flips to You're in, shows a badge reading Payment confirmed, signed in as your email, and you're already logged in.
- Optionally, set a password for next time. Type one and press Save & Open Heatmap, or press Skip for now, Open Heatmap → to go straight in.
If checkout used a different email
Wallet payments are the common surprise here. When you pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay, the checkout can register your account under your wallet's email — often your Apple ID or iCloud address — rather than the one you typed. If /welcome can't find your account by email, use the license-key path instead.
- When /welcome can't match your email, it shows the Set Your Password view. Follow the link Email not found or paid with Apple Pay? Use your license key to reveal the license-key field.
- Enter the license key from your receipt. StrikeGEX looks your account up by the key, not the email.
- Press Enter StrikeGEX. When it finds you under a different email, it tells you which email you're signed in as — note it, since that's the email (or your license key) you'll use next time.
Signing in later
Once you're set up, the sign-in box (Welcome back. Sign in with your email or license key.) accepts several combinations. The two fields are labeled Email or username and Password or license key — and every pairing below works. Fill both, press Sign In.
| In the first field | In the second field |
|---|---|
| Your email | Your password |
| Your email | Your access key (from the welcome email) |
| Your email | Your license key (Whop or wallet purchases) |
Access key and license key are interchangeable with a password — anywhere a password is accepted, either key works. That's the whole point: you never get locked out for forgetting one credential when you still have another.
Unlock your Discord Pro role
Your subscription includes the Pro role in the StrikeGEX Discord. Claim it from the /welcome page or anytime after.
- Join the Discord server (the invite link is on /welcome).
- In any channel, type /pro.
- Paste your access key — the same one from your welcome email.
Common questions
- I set a password but forgot it. How do I get back in?
- Use your access key. As the login box says, The access key from your welcome email works as one. Put your email in the first field and the access key in the second, then Sign In. No reset needed.
- I just paid but the site is asking me to log in.
- Follow Just purchased? Activate your account → from the login box. That takes you to /welcome, which confirms your payment and signs you in. If it can't match your email — common with Apple Pay or Google Pay — use the license-key fallback described above.
- What's the difference between an access key and a license key?
- An access key arrives in your welcome email and works as your password on StrikeGEX and for the Discord /pro command. A license key comes from a Whop or wallet purchase and does the same job at sign-in. In practice, both stand in for a password — use whichever one you have.
- Do I have to set a password?
- No. It's optional on /welcome. Skipping it is fine because your access key already works as one everywhere.
