Account Center & Alerts

The Account Center is where you check your plan, manage billing, and set up alerts that ping you when the map moves — a price crosses a level, or the gamma structure (the map of dealer-hedging strikes) shifts underneath price. Open it once and everything about your account lives in one panel.

  • Open it: click 👤 Account in the header, or go to /account.
  • Four tabs: Dashboard, Billing, Alerts, Settings.
  • Dashboard shows your Profile Snapshot — Email, Plan, Status, Membership ID — plus quick links.
  • Billing opens the secure billing portal to update your card, change plan, or grab an invoice.
  • Alerts is the useful one: create per-symbol alerts for SPX, SPY, or QQQ and get browser push when they fire.
  • Educational only — not financial advice.

Opening the Account Center

Click 👤 Account in the top-right of the header. The dropdown jumps you straight to a tab — 📊 Dashboard, 💳 Billing & Card, or ⚙️ Settings — or you can open /account directly. Every tab lives in the same panel; the tab strip at the top switches between them.

Dashboard tab

The Dashboard is your at-a-glance account view. The Profile Snapshot box shows four fields:

Alongside it, Quick Actions gives you one-click jumps to the HeatMap, 0DTE, and Chart views, plus 🚪 Sign Out. Use the Dashboard as your home base — from here 💳 Manage Billing takes you to the Billing tab.

Billing tab

The Billing tab summarizes what you're paying and lets you change it. The Billing & Card box lists:

FieldWhat it shows
ProviderWho processes your subscription — the billing service you checked out through.
Current PlanThe plan you're subscribed to right now.
Renewal / ExpiryWhen your plan next renews, or when access ends.
Card on FileThe payment method on record, shown for reference.

Click 💳 Manage Billing to open the Stripe billing portal. That's where you update your card, change or cancel your plan, and download invoices and receipts. As the panel notes, card details live with your billing provider for security and PCI compliance — StrikeGEX never stores your card number.

The Billing Help box points you to the right place for each common need: invoices and receipts, plan changes, and support through the Discord help channel.

Note If you bought through Whop, your card and invoices are managed on the Whop side rather than the Stripe portal. The Provider field tells you which one applies to your account.

Alerts tab

This is the tab you'll actually come back to. Alerts watch a symbol for you and notify you the moment something happens, so you don't have to sit on the chart. Everything is per-symbol: pick SPX, SPY, or QQQ, choose a type, and create it.

Alert types

TypeFires whenWhen to use it
Price AbovePrice rises through a level you set.Watching for a break above a strike you care about.
Price BelowPrice falls through a level you set.Watching for a breakdown below a level.
Gamma Flip CrossPrice crosses the gamma-flip level — the point where the regime shifts between mean-reverting and momentum. You want to know the moment the tape's character may change.
King Node Shift (Pro)The strongest gamma magnet near price — the 👑 Flow King — moves to a new strike.Tracking when the dominant level itself relocates.
Gamma Wall Breach (Pro)Price pushes through a gamma wall — a strike that tends to act as support or resistance.Watching a wall you expect to hold.

Price Above, Price Below, and Gamma Wall Breach (Pro) ask for a Price Level — the number you're watching. Gamma Flip Cross and King Node Shift (Pro) are structural: they track the map itself, so the Price Level field disappears and there's nothing to type in. The (Pro) tag marks types available on the Pro plan.

Note The three number-input types — Price Above, Price Below, and Gamma Wall Breach (Pro) — fire on a level you type in. Gamma Flip Cross and King Node Shift (Pro) hide the Price Level field entirely — you just arm the type and let StrikeGEX read the level off the live map. For the theory behind these levels, see Gamma Walls Explained and What Is Gamma Exposure.

Push Notifications

Toggle Browser push alerts on to receive notifications even when StrikeGEX isn't the open tab. The first time you enable it, your browser asks for notification permission — you have to allow it, or push can't be delivered. Once on, the status line confirms Push notifications enabled.

Warning If you block notifications in the browser prompt, the toggle can't turn on. You'll need to re-allow notifications for the site in your browser settings, then toggle Browser push alerts again.

Active Alerts and Recently Triggered

Below the create form, Active Alerts lists everything currently armed for your account. Recently Triggered shows what has fired lately, so you can confirm an alert actually went off and see what it caught. When you have nothing armed, the list reads No active alerts.

Walkthrough: set a King Node Shift alert

Say you want to know the moment the dominant level near price relocates on SPX. Four steps:

  1. Open 👤 Account and click the Alerts tab.
  2. In Create Alert, set Symbol to SPX and Alert Type to King Node Shift (Pro). No price level is needed — this one watches the map, not a number.
  3. Make sure Browser push alerts is toggled on (allow the browser prompt the first time) so the alert can reach you when the tab is closed.
  4. Click 🔔 Create Alert. It appears in Active Alerts. When the 👑 Flow King moves to a new strike, it fires and lands in Recently Triggered.

Settings tab

The Settings tab holds account housekeeping. Password Setup / Reset lets you set or change your password using your Email and Access Key (your Whop license key works as the key too). Preferences has a few toggles — Auto refresh data and Show strategy panel — plus a 🎓 Replay Tutorial button if you want to run through the intro again.

Tip Account alerts and StrikeChart's 🔔 proximity alerts are complementary, not duplicates. Account alerts fire on structural events — a wall breach, a King Node shift, a gamma-flip cross — and reach you by browser push. StrikeChart proximity alerts fire when price is approaching a level you can see on the chart, in the session, while you're watching. Use account alerts to get pulled back to the screen; use chart alerts to time the approach once you're there. See StrikeChart for the chart-side alerts.

Common questions

Where do I update my card or cancel?
Open the Billing tab and click 💳 Manage Billing. That opens the secure billing portal, where you can change your card, switch or cancel your plan, and download invoices. Card details are never stored in StrikeGEX itself.
Which alert types do I need Pro for?
King Node Shift (Pro) and Gamma Wall Breach (Pro) require the Pro plan — they're tagged (Pro) in the list. Price Above, Price Below, and Gamma Flip Cross are available without it.
Why isn't my alert notifying me?
Check that Browser push alerts is toggled on and that you allowed the browser's notification prompt. If you blocked it, re-enable notifications for the site in your browser settings, then toggle it on again. You can confirm the alert is armed in Active Alerts.
Do I set a number for a King Node Shift or Wall Breach alert?
They're different. Gamma Wall Breach (Pro) keeps the Price Level field, so you type in the wall you're watching — same as Price Above and Price Below. King Node Shift (Pro) and Gamma Flip Cross hide the field entirely — StrikeGEX reads those levels off the live map, so there's no number to enter.
