Plans, Billing & Access

StrikeGEX is one product — StrikeGEX Commander — and every paying plan unlocks all of it. This page covers what you get, how the 14-day trial works, and what to do when you see a 🔒 lock.

  • One product, full access. There is no cut-down tier — every plan is the complete command center.
  • Start on the 14-Day Trial: $69 today, full access immediately, then $249/mo on day 15 unless you cancel.
  • Pro Monthly is $249/mo. Annual is $1,990/yr — roughly a third off the monthly rate.
  • A 🔒 lock or an Upgrade Required modal means the feature is Pro-only and your access has lapsed.
  • Manage your card, cancel, or pull an invoice from Account Center → Billing → 💳 Manage Billing.

Plans

You buy one thing. The only choice is how you pay for it.

PlanWhat it costsWhat you get
14-Day Trial $69 today. Then $249/mo starting day 15, unless you cancel first. Full Pro access from the moment you sign up — everything below, for two weeks, before it rolls to Pro Monthly.
Pro Monthly $249/mo, billed monthly. The full command center, month to month. Cancel anytime.
Annual $1,990/yr, billed yearly (~$166/mo). Everything in Pro at the lowest rate — roughly $1,000 saved a year versus paying monthly.
Note The trial is a real trial, not a teaser. You get the complete product on day one. The $69 is charged today; the first $249 subscription charge lands on day 15. Cancel before then and you are never billed the $249.

What Pro includes

"Pro" is the whole platform. Every plan on this page is Pro. That means:

Note Everything here is educational only — a read on where the levels sit, not financial advice. What you do with the read is your call.

What the 🔒 lock means

If your trial or subscription has lapsed, the Pro-only tabs stay visible but carry a small 🔒. Open one and you'll get an upgrade modal instead of the feature — for example StrikeMap — Pro Only or Strategy Panel — Pro Only. The modal shows your current plan and an Upgrade Now button that takes you back to pricing.

Tip Seeing a lock while you believe you're paid up almost always means a billing hiccup — an expired card or a subscription that didn't renew. Open Account Center → Billing and check Renewal / Expiry and Card on File before anything else.

Managing your subscription

Everything billing-related lives in one place.

  1. Open Account Center (the account menu), then the Billing tab.
  2. Read your current state from the Billing & Card box: Provider, Current Plan, Renewal / Expiry, and Card on File.
  3. Click 💳 Manage Billing to open your billing provider's portal. There you can change your card, switch or cancel your plan, and download invoices and receipts.

Your Provider row tells you where to manage things. If it reads Stripe, 💳 Manage Billing opens the Stripe customer portal. If you bought through Whop, the row reads Whop and the button sends you to Whop to manage your subscription there.

Warning Card details are never edited inside StrikeGEX. For security, all card changes happen in the provider portal (Stripe or Whop). If a page asks you to type card numbers into StrikeGEX itself, it isn't us — close it.

Common questions

What happens after the 14 days?
The trial converts to Pro Monthly at $249/mo automatically on day 15. Nothing to click. If you'd rather lock in the lower rate, switch to Annual ($1,990/yr) from the billing portal. Cancel anytime, before or after it converts.
How do I cancel?
Open Account Center → Billing → 💳 Manage Billing and cancel in the provider portal. Cancel before day 15 of the trial and you're never charged the $249.
Where do I get an invoice or receipt?
Inside the billing portal. Click 💳 Manage Billing and download it there — receipts and invoices are handled by your provider, not stored in the app.
Is there a free or cheaper tier?
No. StrikeGEX is one product with one level of access. Every plan is the full Pro command center — the only difference is monthly versus annual billing.
Tip Refund or billing question the portal can't answer? The Billing Help box in Account Center → Billing links straight to the Discord help channel — that's the fastest way to reach us.
